Noun

  1. (Australian law) document in which a debtor appoints a trustee to take charge of property to pay debts, partly or wholly, as an alternative to bankruptcy.
  2. (Malaysia, property law) legal document in which an assignor transfers the right to possess a property and complete remainder of the interest to another party, the assignee.
